Having Estimate Coaching is like having a valuable member of the team who is working to ensure that our estimates are accurate, auditable, and profitable. Andy’s experience and knowledge is second to none and we have gone from strength to strength. We all know that Audatex doesn’t include everything that you need it to include but Estimate Coaching will open your eyes to what it includes and doesn’t include and back it up with facts. You can refer to the information at any time and add to the assessment, and as the information is directly from Audatex there is complete justification and its no longer a grey area. Our VDAs love this support from the monthly meetings to the constant flow of information and real time examples. I would recommend this service to any Bodyshop. If you’re not using this service already then you are already behind.
